Synephrine in Diet Pills

Synephrine
Derived from the citrus aurantium, a small tree also known as the bitter orange tree, synephrine is an alkaloid that is a naturally occurring chemical compound. Many people confuse synephrine with pheynylepherine (neosynephrine). They are not the same. Synephrine is a pheynylethylamine. It can naturally be found in some citrus juices such as certain mandarin types.

Synephrine can be compared to the effects of adrenaline. Your body has two systems that control your automatic responses: the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous systems. Synephrine stimulates a response from your sympathetic nervous system. Your body’s reaction creates many benefits for weight and fat loss.

Described as “fight or flight’ your body prepares for one of these two responses: your heart rate increases, and blood flow increases to your muscles and lungs by as much as 1000%. Because synephrine provokes this response from your body, the increased blood flow is very beneficial to exercise and athletic performance. This response also increases your oxygen exchange, generates more energy and inhibits your digestion.

Synephrine Stimulates Your Metabolism.

Synephrine promotes weight loss by several means. First, synephrine increases your body heat which stimulates your metabolism. This allows your metabolism to burn more calories. As calories are burned, your metabolism continues to search for more fuel, using stored fat as energy. This allows your body to burn calories at a much higher rate than normal, allowing weight as well as fat to be burned.

Synephrine Increaces Energy Levels

Synephrine also gives the body additional energy. Energy is beneficial both physically and mentally. Physically, added energy allows those who wish to lose weight the stimulation to begin exercising. Exercise increases the calories that are burned, and is great for your health. For weightlifters and athletes who already spend time in the gym, the increased energy from synephrine makes workouts more productive. Synephrine boosts endurance levels, allowing an even longer workout.

Mentally, added energy from synephrine affords improved concentration and memory. Either in a work or school environment, these benefits can translate into improved testing scores and work performance. In addition, one of the best recommendations to fight depression, so common it is responsible for over 50% of doctor visits, is to increase activity levels, making synephrine particularly helpful in this area.

To successfully lose weight, there must be a decrease in the amount of calories consumed, and an increase in calories burned. Synephrine suppresses the appetite cravings that can make decreasing your intake of calories difficult. Once these cravings are quieted, a more fitting and nutritional diet can be easily followed.
