How do I take Ephedra/Ephedrine in relation to meals?

The results you get from using EC/ECA stacks or Ephedra diet pills aren’t so much influenced by the way you take Ephedra/Ephedrine in relation to meals and workouts. However, using these potent stimulant combinations inappropriately can trigger adverse effects.

If your goal is to curb appetite by taking Ephedra/Ephedrine, you should use the powerful alkaloid about 1 hour before meals, three times a day but without exceeding the recommended daily dose. Also, make sure you don’t take the last serving right before your sleeping hour as this ingredient is known to increase energy levels and mental alertness.

Then, if you use Ephedra/Ephedrine for building muscles or losing weight and want to get maximum results, it’s recommended to take the drug right before aerobics, cardio or fitness workouts as it will give you extra energy and raise your metabolic rate, helping you work harder and longer and burn more body fat. In this case it really doesn’t matter whether you take the alkaloid with meals or after them, but it’s recommended to wait at least 1 hour between meal and workout.

Still, make sure you don’t take too large doses before workouts as this drug is known to increase the blood pressure and heart rate. Also, try to take Ephedrine with meals if you have digestive problems and experience stomach pain frequently and always wait at least 4 hours between two consecutive doses of Ephedra/Ephedrine to prevent adverse reactions.
